When do I expect to receive my item?
Lead time is 15 to 20 working days unless the item is on-hand and ready to ship. You will also receive updates on your email account as to the progress of your order.
Is your jewelry pawnable?
Yes. Fine jewelry, in general, is pawnable depending on the gold. Our fine jewelries are pawnable, but it’s not the case for demi-fine jewelry, since its base metal is made in 925 sterling silver and is 5-microns plated with 18K gold or Platinum 950 (PT950).
Nonetheless, even if demi-fine pieces are not pawnable, we take pride in saying that our demi-fine pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant.
As with fine jewelry pieces, it can last a lifetime if properly taken care of.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order form is submitted, we strictly do not allow cancellation most especially with Cash on Delivery orders.
